RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Everything You Need to Know
Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Requests for returns must be made within 15 days from the date of shipment and returned in the original packaging.
Closeout merchandise may not be returned; all sales final.
Decorated, Wool and Sublimated products may not be returned including third-party shipments.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All returns require a Return Authorization.
Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
The restock fee will be waived if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time the Return Authorization is issued.
We do not issue a refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the agreement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
International Shipping Policy
We only ship to Germany and the Philippines for international transactions.
